In short. These are the companies that handle personal data for Presence, each for one job. We tell account owners by email at least 14 days before we add or replace one, and you can object.

Providers we use

Each provider’s name links to its privacy policy. We have contracts with each that limit it to its job and require it to protect the data.

Providers you choose to connect

These receive data only if your business connects them, and on your instructions. Their own terms govern what they do with it.

Phone networks

To deliver calls and texts, other carriers handle them on their way to the people you reach, as on any phone network. To register a business for texting, its details go through Telnyx to The Campaign Registry and the mobile carriers, which the carriers require. These networks act under their own legal obligations, not as our sub-processors.

Changes

We email account owners at least 14 days before a new sub-processor starts handling personal data, or an existing one starts a new job. Under the Data Processing Addendum, you may object on reasonable data-protection grounds within that time by emailing support@redstonecastles.com. In an emergency, such as a provider failing, we may make a change sooner and will tell you as soon as we can.
